In this heart circle, we will gather and embrace the summer sun and honor the light within each of us as we come together as one heart. With summer solstice approaching, now is an opportune time to nourish deeper parts of yourself by slowing down and connecting to what is moving within you below the surface of your day to day. Release and let go of emotional and physical tension and open to your intuition and feeling of spiritual oneness.
This circle is open to all that desire a transformative experience in a safe and sacred space. No experience is necessary.

What to bring:
Blanket and pillow
Hand towel to place under your head.
Anything that helps you be more comfortable for sitting and resting on the floor.
Please note: Yoga mats will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own or double up for more comfort.
